EDITING RIGHTS Buyouts cover all lengths and versions of the film(s) directed by Klaus Kneist and images / photos produced by Sterntag Film GmbH even if it is combined with footage not directed by (James F Coton) and/or not produced by Sterntag Film GmbH. Re-Editing Rights included.
ARCHIVAL RIGHTS After 3 years the film(s) and still won’t be used actively but it may occur that on the online channel(s) of HQ or of the markets the films will still be online. Archival rights are included in the sense of MINI’s right to leave the films on MINI owned social media channels beyond the time limits of the according buy-out periods, but excluding any active promotion during such extended usage. In case an affected talent and/or other owner of rights should claim for additional buyouts for such extended usages, the production company will negotiate with such claimant and offer on behalf of MINI to omit the individual extended usage that lead to the claim and to delete the according film(s) from the respective social media channel(s).
